All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST (15% sales tax)
All prices are correct at the time of publication , however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason
Every effort is made to convey the colours of the products on our website are as true to life as possible. However we can not guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will be completely accurate
Standard shipping over $100.00 is free within New Zealand. Items under $100.00 will incur a flat delivery fee of $6.00 in NZ
We aim to dispatch items within 24 hours of receiving payment. Once the item has been dispatched you should receive this within 1- 3 working days, please allow an extra 2 working days for rural delivery
Once an item has been dispatched a confirmation email and tracking number will be sent through to the address provided by the customer
Delivery to Australia is via NZ Post. Delivery is between 3 - 6 working days. Please note this is for the untracked service. If you would like the tracked service please email us for a quote.

Please note orders outside off NZ may occur import duties and/or taxes. Payment of this amount is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your local customs office to inquire about import duties and taxes.
Click and Collect
Items can be collected directly from the store
We will happily exchange or provide store credit for items within 14 days of purchase given that you have valid proof of purchase. Items must be in original condition with their original packing and must have not been worn or used. If items are faulty we will meet our obligations under the consumer guarantees act. For hygienic reasons we cannot offer you an exchange or refund on earrings, hair pieces and accessories for change of mind. However if you believe there is a genuine manufacturing fault or the item has been described incorrectly online, please return your item for inspection to our store.
Please note there will be no exchanges or returns on sales items.
We will accept returns of swimwear as long as they are unworn and and the hygiene stickers and all tags are intact. All swimwear will be assessed prior to any returns being processed.
Items are checked before they are dispatched to the customer, however in the rare event you receive an item that is faulty please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or 0276635336 to arrange a exchange or credit note
Our pop up lease at Sylvia Park finishes on the 27th of April 2019, after which we will be operating online. Any exchanges/returns on full priced items after this time can be arranged via email email@example.com There is no exchanges or returns on sales items.
The end of lease sale is 50% off the Original Price on sales items only. No furthers discounts apply to these items.

Sale items cannot be placed on layby
Items can be placed on layby for a period of 6 weeks, a 20% deposit is required when an item is placed on layby
Cancellation of Layby will incur a 10% administration fee. This amount is calculated as 10% of the original layby price
The information we collect from you the customer as part of the transaction i.e. name, address, phone number , email will not be passed onto a third party
We do not collect any credit card information when you process transactions via our website, this is done directly through the secure DPS payment gateway
When you make a purchase via our website you are automatically added to our mailing list. Should you wish not to receive regular updates please email us at email@example.com.
